“Good interior design isn’t just about creating a beautiful space; it’s about making thoughtful choices that will serve the people living there for years to come.”
Responsibilities at Strite
Interior Design at STRITE. I help clients take their ideas and inspiration and turn them into a clear, cohesive design plan. I work closely with each client to understand their vision, guide them through material and finish selections, and shop alongside them to make those decisions feel a little less overwhelming. From the initial inspiration photos to the final specifications, I make sure the design details are documented and carried through into the finished space.
Background
Before moving into interior design, I spent nearly a decade working in marketing and brand strategy, where I learned how much thoughtful details can shape the way something looks, feels, and functions. I bring that same intentional approach to residential design today. I’m a graduate of Boise State University and the New York Institute of Art and Design and hold an RIDQC Certification in interior design. My background gives me a mix of creative and strategic thinking that I love applying to spaces that are meant to be lived in every day.
Why My Job Matters
Good interior design isn’t just about creating a beautiful space; it’s about making thoughtful choices that will serve the people living there for years to come. My job is to help bridge the gap between a client’s vision and the finished space, making sure every material and finish we select feels personal, functions well, and works together as a whole.
When Not Working
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me trying out a new local restaurant, traveling, or spending time outside. I love skiing, golfing, and going to concerts with my husband, Kenny. I’m always up for discovering a new place to eat (anywhere in the world), a good live show, or an excuse to get outdoors.
