Stephanie Kesner
Title: Administrative Assistant
Joined STRITE design + remodel: 2017
“Strite is a great company, I’m proud to be part of the team.”
Responsibilities
Stephanie’s initial contact with our clients provides our design team with insight into their desires. Most of all, she functions as a conduit for the information necessary to “package” a job as it goes into production. Her gifts for coordination and logistics extend to scheduling…right down to ensuring that the porta-potties make it to the right job site.
Background
Stephanie was born in the picturesque town of Ojai, California, and her childhood memories are filled with Spanish-style buildings, the scent of orange blossoms, and nearby Pacific Ocean beaches. She lived for a time in Corvallis, Oregon, and moved with her family from there to Boise at age 14. She graduated from Timberline High School, and admits that southeast Boise still holds a special place in her heart. Having worked as a waitress since age 18, Stephanie was ready for a “day job” when a STRITE employee who frequented the restaurant she worked at encouraged her to act on her long time interest in the remodeling business and apply for a position with the company.
Why My Job Matters
“I’m generally the first person our clients talk to when they’re considering a remodel, and it’s my job to pass their ideas on to the design team. I’m responsible for filing and organizing all project paperwork for the design, production, administrative team to ensure they have all the necessary information to complete the project seamlessly.”
When Not Working
As you might expect from someone who has lived in some very beautiful places (and who has been a fitness trainer), Stephanie loves to be outside — hiking, camping… just enjoying the great outdoors with her husband Kohl, and daughter Mya.
